Why You Can't Access the MAC Address
MAC addresses are Layer 2 (Data Link Layer) in the OSI model, and they're only visible within the local network (LAN).
When a user connects to your website over the internet, their request passes through many routers. At each hop, MAC addresses are stripped and replaced by the next router's MAC address.
Therefore, your server never sees the user's device MAC address.
