我是感觉华为应该像三星一样。 在国内和欧洲用自研芯片，在美国用高通芯片。

不可能一点问题没有，别说这种大公司，就是小公司很多都是灰色地带游走，就看查不查你，不走灰色 怎么赚钱啊，怎么有利益啊。

就说一个，围标串标 ，行业默认的。但是法律禁止的。有哪家公司说自己没围标串标 给别的公司帮忙的？

大公司，业务灰色很多的，查查美国的 justice department settle: Largest DOJ Settlement Amounts Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement: $206 billion (1998). Included a $1.3 billion criminal fine, one of the largest ever imposed in the U.S. for illegal promotion of drugs. Johnson & Johnson: $2.2 billion (2013). Related to alleged illegal promotion of drugs and payment of kickbacks.

商业行为就是商业行为，强行扣留太 low 了。 就算华子有问题，也不该扣孟这个级别的，这属于非常 low 的行为了。好比盖茨、黄仁勋访华，强行给他们扣了。 任一直低调，公开露面就是为了解决这个，不然社会上都没听过任的讲话。 华子背后肯定没少国家的帮助，地缘政治博弈大公司首当其冲，但是扣人太 low 了而且不讲武德。 扣人期间都没有美国高管敢访华了。

这属于开历历史的先河了，也只有澳大利亚敢。

有没有做错，主要取决于你的屁股：你要是美国人，华为肯定有做错的；就像当年美国次贷危机，最后找了德国的银行因为一笔房贷贷款时写错字来当原因。你说德国银行做错了吗？肯定啊，错字放在那里的啊！
